• Swimming Pools – two – one is heated during the winter and spring months, the other is a children friendly zero entry pool with a mushroom splash fountain
• Fitness Facility - BRAND NEW!  State of the art fitness facility overlooking the swimming pool with elliptical trainers, treadmills and weights.
• Meeting Space - BRAND NEW!  1000sqft with room for up to 75 comfortably!  A kitchenette, Table, Chairs and other services are available at an additional cost.
• Arcade - BRAND NEW!  Perfect for the kids to take a break from the beach or have something to do on a rainy day!
• Restaurant – onsite poolside casual dining, coffee shop and full service bar at Cabana Café!  Awarded “Best New Restaurant” on the Emerald Coast for 2008 – grabbing a cold drink, morning latte or bite to eat is ultra convenient.  Cabana Café also offers free high speed internet for all customers.
• Onsite Concierge Desk – Check-in for the entire resort is located downstairs at Ariel Dunes I.  Full concierge service is available to help make planning your vacation activities reliable and simple.
• Internet - High Speed and Wireless Internet is available in several of the units in building one and will be noted on the individual unit pages. 
• Views – Building I is located parallel to the beach and offers direct views of the gulf from the majority of the condos in the building.

Ariel Dunes II Amenities:

• Swimming Pools – two – both offer large sundecks and plenty of space to catch some sun.  Pools are not heated seasonally but guests are welcome to use the Tennis Village pool during the cooler months to enjoy a heated swimming environment.
• Fitness Facility – Building II exclusively offers access to a fitness center with free weights, tread mills, elliptical trainers and more. 
• Steam Room and Sauna – After a long day or a brisk workout building II guests can enjoy the onsite steam room and sauna located in the Ariel Dunes II fitness center.
• Meeting Room – Available year round by appointment for up to 45 attendees, a poolside meeting space makes your group retreats and meetings convenient and cost effective.
• Concierge Service – Located in Building I, Ariel Dunes II guests also have access to the full service concierge desk located and check in location in next door building I.
• Cabana Café – just short stroll next door, Ariel Dunes II guests can enjoy the award winning Cabana Café.
• Internet – High speed wireless internet is available throughout Building II on a per use basis.  Flexible payment plans are offered by just logging on to the internet from your own device.
• Views – Facing slightly southwest, Ariel Dunes II has sweeping coastline views of the gulf and sugar white Destin beaches.
