We had a wonderful time in Destin. The condo was just gorgeous and it was nice having all the conveniences of home. The resort itself was so nice and close to everything. I especially liked having the beach chairs and umbrella available. We would definately stay with Seascape again.

This was a great place to stay. The view of the ocean and bay were more than I thought they would be. I will definitely stay again in this unit if possible. This unit had everything you needed or could possibly want when vacationing. The least thing I liked was the buffet at the Cafe. It was overpriced and not that good for what we had to pay. It was not stocked well and was not refilling the missing items quick enough. The pools were great and the beach service was good.

The complex was very nice. We especially liked the many pools. However, we were VERY disappointed when we discoverd that the advertised jitney service to the beach was not provided. That had been an important part of our decision to stay there. With the extreme heat it was TOO HOT for us to walk to the beach at our ages with heart conditions. Condo was okay, the dishwasher did not work adequately so we had to hand wash the dishes, dining table chairs were filty....should be shampooed, and table really scrubbed. Liked the idea of no keys but using a code....helped with so many in the same unit...7 of us.

Our Tram service is seasonal and usually available between Spring Break dates and July 31st... sometimes spilling into the first week of August dependent on occupancy. If you have special needs during your next vacation, please notify us prior to arrival and we will do whatever we can to assist you.

There were fleas in the unit we rented, so we obviously did not stay there. The staff was extremely helpful in locating another unit for my party. We will definately stay on the property again, just not the unit we originally rented.
