The stay at Ariel Duness II was great!! It was a vacation home away from home. Whenever I'm in the Destin area in the future, I will make sure I stay at Ariel Dunes! Wonderful condo!!!

The condo was nice, but I will no longer be staying in Seascape. I have been staying here for almost 15 years (mostly in a privately owned golf course villa). The last two/three years I have had to rent due to scheduling conflicts. I have reserved my condo through the official Seascape-resort website. They do not clearly present the total cost of each condo. They add on several additional fees (including a non-refundable damage waiver) which almost doubles the total. My total went from $565 for four nights to $913 after all the other charges. I heard other customers complaining at the front desk about the same issue. These fees need to be clearly shown when booking. Do not go by the per night rate listed on the website!
