Seascape offers alot for the buck. The only bad thing is the cleaning fees. The rate online is a little deciving

The condo was beautiful, clean and well furnished. The management was friendly and explained everything we needed to do. The condo had everything we needed to cook and clean. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The beach was less than a five minute walk. We definitely recommend others to stay at these condos.

This condo was clean, nice, and comfy for 4 people. The advertising was misleading. It is NOT on the ocean, there is quite a trek to the beach and you have to cross the road. The advertising also says you have access to 2 free chairs and umbrella on the beach. If you don't get there at 9 a.m. those available chairs are gone. You have to sign up on a wait list. If going back to Destin I would go somewhere else where the beach isn't so far away. You can see the ocean but the walk was an inconvenience to me.

Our advertising for Ariel Dunes, in no way represent it as being on the beach. When booking via a 3rd party vendor or travel agency, we cannot control their descriptions of the location. All of the data we provide them is acurate as to our location.

The beach Service company does begin distributing sets at 9:00am and it is first come first serve. Our guest that book direct with us do recieve their complimentary set up. There is a maximum number of sets he can leagally set up. The vendor sold out only 3 times so far this year and 2 were this past weekend on the 4th and 5th of July.

It was beautiful. I loved staying there!! I would def stay again. The decor was so cute and the beds were comfy!
