We truly enjoyed our stay at Ariel Dunes II in Condo #1201. The Condo was so wonderful. We felt like we were in a five star hotel. The furnishings were very pretty and comfortable and CLEAN. We usually are not happy with sleeping in beds other than our own but I must say that the upgraded mattress and bedding was amazing. The kitchen was upgraded with stainless appliances and very well equipped. We did not need anything but to buy groceries. Our son and daughter-in-law, along with their 4 sons, joined us and we were not cramped at all. The three bedooms worked out well for us and the large livingroom and diningroom was great for evening gatherings. Even though there is a complex in front of Ariel Dunes, the views were still amazing from our condo on the 12th floor. I wouldn't want anything much lower than the twelfth floor, though. We ate our meals at the large dining table and were able to see the gulf out of our sliding door. Our check in was quick and friendly. We arrived the night before so we went to the check in to let them know we were in town and would be available on Saturday as soon as our condo was ready. They took our cell numbers and invited us to come back in the AM and use the pool and facilities until our room was available. The beach was beautiful, and worth the short walk across the blvd. to get there. We enjoyed the pool and the guys took advantage of the free golf pass daily. There is plenty of shopping and eating in the area but we opted to eat in the condo, most of the time, because the surroundings were so comfortable. I would stay at Ariel Dunes again and I will definately request Condo #1201.

This condo was great! We just wished we could have stayed longer. Didn't know what to expect when we got there, but were we surprised!!! Plan on staying there again, when we get the chance. Now we know exactly what to bring. Thank you to the Love Family for sharing their home!!

First I will tell you about the condo. It had beautiful decor, fully loaded with everything that we needed. The price was great for this vacation rental, it was a 3 bedroom, 3 bath. There was a master bedroom with a queen bed, with an adjacent bathroom which was nice. The second bedroom had a queen bed and also an adjacent bathroom. Now the third bedroom had two small twin beds. The adjacent bathroom on this one has two doors, one to the bedroom and one to the hallway. The doors on this bathroom DO NOT LOCK! it has a clear glass shower. So shower at your own risk! I would have to say that this was the only negitive thing in this whole condo itself. Now on to the beach. I did get the chance to walk down to the beach a few times and it was VERY littered. It is a shame that people would treat the beautiful beaches like this, but there was HUNDREDS of beer/soda cans and bottles there. There is a few other things that I would like to mention that might be helpful. At check in, you are issued wristbands, if lost they will cost you $15 each. The key to the the gym is $25 if lost. These were just little extras that we worried about during our week stay, if everybody had their wristbands! There was also $28 per day charge for the use of amenities. This is a charge for the "free" beach chair/umbrella, use of the pool, gym. etc. We did not use these so for us it was a waste of our money. Also there was $100 cleaning fee. At check out, the office does not open until 9:00 so you can't get on the road before that. There is lots to do in Destin, our vacation was great. Deep sea fishing was wonderful. And the condo itself was beautiful and great for the price.

Our group usually takes a golf trip to the panhandle either before or after Christmas. This year we came the day after Christmas. This was our first stay at Seascape. We had played golf there before, but never stayed. Our stay was absolutely the BEST. The condo was even better than described. It was huge, plenty of room, and beautifully decorated. There were 6 of us (3 couples) and we all enjoyed ourselves. We WILL come back again.
