Being in the middle of the Seascape Resort makes the vacation a little more than it would be. The deals on the chairs for the beach were fantastic and the pools are kept quite clean. The front desk is always willing to help. Location is great as it's walking distance from the outlets. It's also a short walk to the beach across a nice lake or straight down a road and you're there. The beaches are nice and puts you next to a great bar/food joint.

We drove down from Atlanta, When we arrived, they were able to check us in early. I wasnt prepared for what I saw. It is like you own upscale apartment. Make sure you bring your own food to cook and everything. Me and my guest we really enjoyed our stay and would reccommend Areil Dunes II to evryone.

My family and I stayed here for Spring Break 2009. We had a great time, the condo was nice and well maintained. I would recommend this condo to others who are searching for a nice place to stay in Destin.
