The condo had plenty of room. Great full size kitchen. The only problem was the bunk beds didn't have any kind of safety rail so the kids couldn't sleep there.

I was a little disappointed at how far from the beach the condo actually was, the picture made it seem much closer. The walk to the beach chairs was quite a hike. I was quite irritated as well when I was told after I booked the place that I had to pay an additional amenities fee. That should have been disclosed up front and was not. The unit also was not ready at check in time and I was informed that check in time began at 4pm but did not guarantee that it would be ready. The other problem was that house keeping busted in the condo just before 10 am and I had been told checkout was at 11 am. The condo was pleasant enough for the small amount of time that is spent indoors. I probably will not return though because of the issues I had.

We have stayed in Ariel Dunes 1&2 for the past 3 years. We have nothing but good things to say about both buildings. The staff is outstanding curtious helpful and always has a smile on thier faces. The units are very clean and well kept. Even though the units are off the beach you can see the water and feel like you are there. The pools are fantastic and always clean clear and just beautiful. We use the fitness center everyday and very clean and convenient. The only negative I have is it would be nice if the fitness center would be where we can go in very early in the morning and late at night. My husband and I like to work out very early so we can have the rest of the day to do other things. We will be staying at seascape for many years to come.
