It’s Five O’Clock Here is a brand new luxury condo with great views of the emerald green water and white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. (Brand new to be rental ready by late April 2007 – interior pictures will be added at that time). Inside the two-bedroom w/bunk area, two-bath unit you will find all the amenities that you expect with luxury accommodations… nine-foot ceilings, ceramic tile floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a fully fitted kitchen. The entire unit has been professionally decorated to reflect the relaxing atmosphere of the Emerald Coast. The dining area has a bar with seating and a dining table with seating for six. The living room features a large flat panel television with DVD/CD player for your viewing pleasure. There are 8 foot sliding glass doors that lead from the living room onto the furnished balcony where you can enjoy a drink and the views of the Gulf. The master bedroom includes a king size bedroom suit with a flat screen TV and DVD/CD player. A large eight foot sliding glass door provides access to the balcony from the master bedroom. The master bathroom features double vanities and a garden tub, with a separate shower. The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen size bedroom suit with a flat screen TV and DVD/CD player. The second bedroom also has private access to the second bathroom. The bunkroom has built in bunk beds that can accommodate children or adults in equal comfort. The bunkroom also has a flat screen TV with DVD/CD player. This 4th floor unit has views of the gulf while providing easy access to Ariel Dunes’ own exercise gym, the beach, the heated pools, an 18-hole golf course, Silver Sands Outlet Mall and parking. We had a really great time here. The Condo is amazing and very well maintained. I plan on renting this again before summer is out. Its nice to stay in a upscale place while on vacation. We were less then 3 mintues walking from the beach. We could see the beach from out 4th floor Condo. Pool was very nice. The only thing i wished i would have known was there wasnt any grills on Dunes II side. And i didnt know we needed dish soap because we cooked the whole time we were there but i know to bring dish soap and xtra trash bags next time. But thats not a problem it is a great place to stay at a great price. Thanks

Our family of 7 stayed in this unit for 4 nights and loved every minute of it. It was immaculate when we arrived and was very roomy and well-organized. Being on the 4th floor made it very quick and convenient to get in and out. Only negatives are - would have appreciated a little more info. at check-in regarding garbage, exercise room, exit expectations, etc.; umbrellas and chairs on beach are not directly across from the front of the condo which made for a longer walk. Overall we were well pleased and will definitely choose this unit again on our return to Destin.

We had a really good time in Ariel Dunes II condo 402. The place was nice and clean. The only complaints we have is when we got there was the condo was suppose to sleep 8 but we didn't have enough rags and towels for 8. The tooth brush holder in the master bathroom was broke and when we first walked in there was a weird smell that seem to be coming from the bunk room. Besides that we had an awesome stay.

We enjoyed our experience at Ariel Dunes II 0402. The condo was well taken care of, was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The amenities were nice, especially being able to reserve 2 beach chairs and umbrella right at the edge of the beautiful water at the beach, which was located just a short walk across the lake, then across the street. When the sand got too hot, it was nice to come back to 1 of 3 pools which were never crowded and easily viewed from the balconies of all rooms. The exercise room was nice as well. The condo was located close to shopping and restaurants, but people need to pass up on the Winn Dixie which is closer and venture a mile further to the Publix which was better supplied. We would definately recommend staying here to anyone in question.

We loved this room. It was very comfortable and spcacious. The bunkroom is great for kids. It is so convenient to have the restaurat located at Ariel Dunes. The pools and fitness room is also great.

There was hiding fees that i did not know about that totaled over 200$ for cleaning and taxes this was very high for such services. The only pool that was heated was in dunes 1 and my family had no access to it with us staying in dunes 11. The kids was disapponited having to swim in a cold pool. We had to wait for two hours before our room was ready which made us waist almost all of our first day of our trip it was around 5pm before we could get into our room. The room was very nice and was more than i excpected it is a very nice place just dont know if i would return or not alot of time waisted on waiting around and to a family on a budget every minute counts.
