I stayed in a 3 bed/3 bath unit. The room has a beautiful ocean view. The only thing I didn't like was the beach umbrella that came with the package was faraway from the condo, so we ended up not using. The pool was nice and big. I highly recommend this resort.

Thank you for your response. We will be speaking with the Beach Umbrella vendor to work out something for next season, that he utilizes both ends of the beach, as you know we have over 2000 feet of beach to cover.

Our stay at the Ariel Dunes was nice. This is the second time we stayed at the Ariel Dunes. I used Bookit.com to book our stay. What a surprised when we arrived to find out the we owed an additional $295. This was a cleaning fee, an amenity fee, and a damage waiver fee. The amenity fee was $28 per day. The amenities included beach set up for each day, and various discounts around the area. What they don't tell you, is that you have to get down to the beach before 8:30 am in order to get a front row set up. They had about 6 set ups on the front row that I was told could be purchased for $40 a day. But for the price we paid for a 3 bedroom condo I think that the Ariel Dunes is a good deal. I think we would stay there again.

We were in room 2201, had visited the downstair office several time asking for pots/pans/cooking tools, after 4 days, we went out and purchase our self. Down stairs staff wasnot helpfull, they advise me that the property manager would call me and never did.

The condo was beautiful, but the views were amazing! It was a good 10 minute walk from the beach, but the affordability of it made up for it nicely. It was nice to be able to hear the ocean though! The only concerns we had was we did not have access to the gym and had the balcony above us was leaking so bad that it felt like it was raining the whole time and the magnagement office did nothing about.
