The only complaint we had was that the set up of the bedroom was such that you couldn't get out one side of the bed because it was so close to the wall which also made it difficult to straighten the bed each morning.

Excellent facility----comfortable bed-----terrific view of ocean. Lacking---Food pantry---- Needs technology upgrade---dvd player didn't work Not enough storage space. Overall----a good experience.

My only issue was all of the fees

Unlike Hotels, Vacation Rentals do have cleaning and other fee's associated with managing units.

When you made your reservation with a third party vendor such as Hotels.com, they do list the fee's on their website. We are sorry you felt that it was a surprise when you arrived. But it was there on your confirmation.

We felt that extra toilet paper should have been provided. We were there only 4 days, rode in on a motorcycle, so felt some of this is common courtesy items. The customer service people that checked us in, lacked any charisma. They were not very welcoming.
