The unit was well equipped with the necessities, such as forks, knives, glasses, etc. The unit was nicely furnished, with the only shortcoming being the carpet, which was stained and desperately in need of cleaning.

Being a beach resort and the high amount of traffic in the units, we do clean the carpets as often as we can. 3 bedroom units, such at your require at least 2 days to clean and let the carpet properly dry. During the 100 days of summer, we do not have that opportunity. But since the summer season is winding down and we have breaks in the reservations, we are currently cleaning every units carpet that is need of a good cleaning.

We really enjoyed our time in Destin - the Ariel Dunes is a beautiful property, clean pools, short walk to the beach, nice beach set up. The unit was very nice. Slept 8 people comfortably. We had to request sheets from the resort since there were none provided for the pull out bed or twin bed in the 3rd bedroom. Also, had to go and buy pillows since in the master bedroom there were only two small pillows that weren't even sufficient for a child. The carpet was really dirty, but I guess you can't expect much more if you are going to have carpet in a rental condo at the beach. Stains all over the carpet in the living area. Kitchen set up nice - had everything we needed to be able to cook, eat at the condo. Thanks for a great vacation.

All of our units have high traffic all summer long and many never have a day that it is not rented. We clean carpets as often as they are need, when we can have access for 2 days. We need 2 days for it to be properly cleaned and dried.

All carpets that were in need of cleaning have been cleaned or schedlued since the summer vacation season has slowed down.

The check in was smooth and fast.Was charged a $226 cleaning fee that I thought was already included in the price. When I got to the room the carpets were stained and dirty.There was no dish towels. The walk to the beach was short but the walk to the Seascape reserved beach was a long way.Short drive to other activities.Had an excellent view on the 18th floor.The rooms were large, beds were comfy.

The additional fee's collected at checking were the cleaning and daily amenity fee. When you booked via a 3rd party vendor, the fee's are stated on their website and confirmations.

We have address the carpet cleaning. We needed to have a break in reservations for this owner to properly clean the carpet.

We had an outstanding time while in Destin and at Seascape. Our Condo was in good shape. There were some large carpet stains but the overall condition of the condo was real good. We stayed a week and wished we had more time. The beaches were beautiful; the sand clean and the water was sparkling. We thoruoghly enjoyed our stay and plan to return next summer for another family gathering. I'd recommend Seascape as the staff was cordial and the facilities were very nice.

So this is my party's second visit to Ariel Dunes. We live 6 hours away in Atlanta GA and we consider Ariel Dunes to be our second home. We are already making plans to come back next summer for the third summer in a row. It only gets better with each stay. We also took advantage of the online promotional code that offered a discount which is always a good thing. I would like to thank Ariel Dunes and Seascape Resorts for the remarkable vacation that they continue to offer to my party of friends and I.
