If we're going back to Destin, will definitely stay in this resort. We all liked it! I'm glad I found Seascape Resort when I was searching the internet for place to stay: nice/comfortable, relaxing, breathtaking gulf view, affordable..can't ask for more. My family and friends were impressed and loved the place!

The people at the front desk were very helpful. They helped me get checked in and answered all my questions. We came back at 4pm to see if the room was ready. It wasn't and we waited an hour. We were not pleased but it was overlooked after seeing the condo. There was plenty of room for 6 people. I was so happy to have a washer and dryer in our unit. It was very convienient. The kitchen was gorgeous I had all the dishes I needed. Our fa vorite was the balcony looking over the ocean. One morning we seen two dolphins swimming. Destin FL, white sand beaches are beautiful. We plan to come again.

Thank you for your response and understanding. We strive to have every unit ready for 4:00pm check-in, but it is not always possible. We want to make sure the unit as passed inspection and there are no maintenance issue with the unit before we allow our guest to get into the unit.

Looking out from your balcony and seeing the 2 Dolphins must have been great. Our Emerald waters and sugar white sand make for the best views in all of the United States!

The vacation rental was beautiful, service was excellent, location was perfect...just a short walk across the street to the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico, and the pool and restaurant were fabulous!!

we had a wonderful time at the ariel dunes. lovely unit, well furnished. the only issues were that the dishwasher did not work and the one toilet kept running. great pools that were not overly crowded, just dont lose your pool tag. if you are heading to the beach and getting beach chairs and the umbrella, get in line early! they do not open until 9, but ppl start lining up around 8:30-8:40. the walk to the beach is not too far, but for the chairs, it's quite a haul. overall, a very nice experience and we'd definitely stay again!

The complex is a great place to visit no matter which building you stay. Our room was clean, the pool area was nice and the walk to the beach was very short. My only complaint is that the room had a faint crawfish smell when we arrived and some of the batteries on the remote controls for the TV's were missing. Other than that, a great stay!
