WE BOOKED OUR STAY USING BOOKIT.COM. THERE WERE OVER $200.00 OF OF UNDISCLOSED FEE PAID CHECK-IN. THIS WAS A BAD START WHAT WOULD HAVE BEEN A VERY NICE STAY.

the condo that we stayed in was wonderful. it was supplied with everything that we needed, i would suggest adding a plunger for the bathroom though.. and everything was clean and comfortable. we had four teenagers with us so the twin beds and the pull out couch were just what we needed. the pools were wonderful and we also loved the cabana cafe and visited there several times during our stay... i do have a couple of suggestions though... two of the main ammenities that were advertised when we made our reservation were the use of a beach umbrella and two chairs daily free of charge. the problem with this was that you had to walk probably half a mile down the beach to get to the area where these " designated umbrellas were" i feel like it would have been much more convenient to have these scattered throughout the paid and owner umbrellas. just because ours was "free" doesnt mean we didnt pay a fair amount for the rental of the condo and should not have been confined to one part of the beach. also there was supposed to be a beach tram back and forth to the beach and this was not in service at all during our stay. the 10% off at the cabana cafe was a nice perk though. overall we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend your place to our friends and hopefully we can visit again as well... oh one more thing.. the tv in the guest room did not have a remote and also the dvd player was not hooked up and didnt work.. just and fyi on that, no big deal

We just spent a wonderful week at the Ariel Dunes #1407 and had a wonderful time. The only thing that would have made it better would have been warmer weather! Very short walk to the beach. Check in and check out was easy and was close to everything. The pictures online matched the home. We'd definitely recommend Ariel Dunes.
