This condo was absolutely beautiful. Everything about it was perfect. Furniture was great, decorations were tasteful and appropriate, everything was extremely clean, and the overall experience was A+. The condo is on the 8th floor, not too high and not too low. We had a great view of the water.
The only complaints I can make have to do with Seascape, not the condo itself. We were told our check-in was at 4:00pm, but had to wait until about 5:30pm because the cleaning crew was taking a long time. Not a big deal, but after driving hours in the car we would have liked to go to our room asap.
The restaraunt/bar/cafe on the first floor of this tower is convenient. We were here on a daily basis for food, coffee, the buffet, or ice cream. The crab chowder was absolutely amazing!!!
I would definitely rent at Seascape again. Reviewed on Wednesday, August 05, 2009 Condo was comfortable and nicely decorated. Unit has wireless internet, which the management didn't seem to know about. Told us we needed an ethernet cord. Glad we didn't spend the money to buy one. Entire property was not well marked and it took us a while to find Ariel Dunes. One big complaint was the EXTREMELY WINDY area by the downstairs elevator and registration office. Once you leave that area, the wind is gone. Closer to the beach than expected. Also, the need for parking passes was never explained, and guests were denied entrance. But overall, the property was beautiful and I would definitely rent this unit again. Reviewed on Thursday, June 04, 2009We are glad you enjoyed your stay here at Seascape Resort. I just want to address a few of your items. First the internet access is currently the owners choice of each unit. BUT, the Master Home Owners Association is currently making the entire resort a Wi-Fi location. They are in the process and it is scheduled to be complete within a few weeks. Some locations are already online, but we have not been given which.
And the parking passes have always been required and you do recieve them at check in. The HOA just started manning the gates just before Memorial Day and the guards are to let guest drive on so they may obtain their passes from us.
We look forward to your next visit. Response on Thursday, June 18, 2009
