The condo was superb. It was extremely clean upon our arrival and had all modern appliances. Our view of the gulf was great to say that we were on the 2nd floor.

201 was a great unit: spacious, nicely decorated, expansive patio overlooking the pool and conveniently located on the 2nd floor near the stairs. The pool was great, especially since the heat index was 110 degrees when we stayed there. It seemed a bit far to walk to the beach, since the location of the condo's chairs were not right in front of the condo complex...you had to walk down the street to get to the right location. The Cabana Cafe was directly below our unit -- which was good and bad. Good because it was convenient. Bad because you could actually hear the music playing underneath you from inside the condo -- and if I remember correctly, they're open until 2a.m. :-) Overall, we had a great time and would stay in this unit again.

We loved the condo and the pictures did not do it justice.The veiw of the pool and beach were nice. We were disappointed that the FREE tram was not running from the hotel to the beach, but the walk from the hotel to the beach and back was nice and not to long. Whales tails burned down and that was disappointing as well we really like it and had planned to eat thier, The unit we stayed in was above the Cabana Cafe/Bar and it was very loud at night with music, very loud people, and motorcycle/cars in the parking lot until 2AM. Make sure an bring anything you may want for the kitchen salt/pepper/napkins ect. as you will be starting from scratch. When we stayed on golf course we has some basic spices and paper goods left over from others, and we also left some things we bought. Over all we really enjoyed Ariel Dunes I.

Wonderful experience at Seascape. Wonderful amenities and great location. Couldn't have asked for anything more - will be back next year.
