The people at the front desk were nice, but we had no idea about the large fee to get the key. We still had a great tyime. We would love to go back next year if possible. The view of the beach was beautiful and the water everyday was unbelievable! Destin is the best kept secret of the south and so is Seascape Ariel Dunes. Thank you for a glorious vacation!

As for the reference to the key charge, we do not have any undisclosed fees however patrons who book through third party online providers such as Bookit.com, Travelocity.com or Orbitz.com pay the rental fees directly to those entities and the resort fees directly at check-in. All of our listings on these sites have these fees stated in the property listings as well as during the booking process in the "fine print" which is the only available ways to communicate these fees currently. We apologize for any confusion this causes, but we do disclose these fees boldly when you book directly through us on our website. The condo was great however there are some issues that need to be addressed. #1 you need to put ceiling fans in the workout room It would be much more comforable if there was some air movement. #2 some kind of ventilation in the area where the dumpsters are kept. everytime we walked by the front of the building, the smell would take your breath away #3 the pool was great...very clean and inviting. Could use better shower for rinsing off sand from beach...not very forceful. Ice cream in Cabana Cafe not very good considering the cost. Don't mind paying more but we do expect to get a quality product. Would be nice to have push buttom door opener on front door when unloading and reloading. Hard to hold open door and get cart through for one person.

We arrived at Ariel Dunes and were pleasantly surprised at how convenient it was to get back and forth to the beach, being our condo was described as having an ocean view! Our condo, 801, was very nice and accommodated our party of 8 easily. It was spacious and provided privacy for all. There were a few things that needed to be repaired, like there was no telephone service - luckily everyone in our party had their cell phones, we couldn't figure out how to use the CD player in the living room, the clock radio was broken in the master bedroom, the hall bathroom needed some repair and one of the chairs at the kitchen counter was broken. All of these were minor inconveniences! The location was perfect! If driving, the main street was very accessible and we could leisurely walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and plan to visit again before this year is over.

Awesome place to stay, our room was beautiful. My girlfriend and I took our kids (4) and they had plenty of room to play and enjoy the time we spent in the room. Next time we come back to Destin we will plan it so we have this same room again. It's very nice, with plenty of room. Thanks for a wonderful stay! Jamie Rogers

Each year, my girlfriends and I have a ritual - girls weekend getaway at the beach. Year by year, we find new places to stay that look and sound wonderful. This year, we decided to upgrade and get a bigger condo. This is the perfect place. The condo was gorgeous, had all the amenities, and the staff was very helpful. We had a wonderful time while we were there!! Want so much to go back now but we are going to have to wait until next June, but going for sure then. Bringing my daughter and her family from Omaha, Nebraska next year!! Can't wait for them to see it! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to relax and have a good time! I have been to Destin Florida many times but this was the best experience ever! The accomodations were first class all of the way. There were three couples in our party, each with a bedroom and private bath. The high ceilings, the granite countertops, the tasteful and comfortable furnishings were only topped by the view! The staff could not have been nicer or more attentive. This was the perfect escape from reality for three elementary teachers and their husbands. We will definately be back. Thank you, Danny Allen
